"I am convinced Cristiano Ronaldo will win the Ballon d'Or, otherwise it would be an injustice," the Blancos President told journalists at the club's annual Christmas dinner. "Everyone knows he is the best player in the world and he's had an amazing year."
Perez was however not sure if his star man will be in attendance at he award gala in January due to frictions between the 28 year old and FIFA President Sepp Blatter.
"I don't know whether Ronaldo will be going, you will have to ask him," added Perez.
The Portuguese face strong competion from Barcelona's Leo Messi and Bayern Munich's Frank Ribery
