Mourinho frustrated by Chelsea strikers.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has claimed his side would be top of the league if his strikers weren't misfiring.

He spoke in frustration about his strikers inability to perform and deliver like those in other rival teams.

In his words :  “If you tell me [Sergio] Agüero has scored 10 or 12 goals, [Wayne] Rooney 8 or 10,[Oliver] Giroud 8 or 10, [Daniel] Sturridge 8 or 10, [Luis] Suárez 10 or 12, and ask if I would like my strikers toscore eight, 10, 12 goals, then yes, I would. If they had we would be top of the league. That’s the reality.”

“I work, we try our best, the strikers [Eto'o, Ba & Torres] try their best, so I don’t know what to do."

Chelsea sit third in the league despite their shaky start and will want to improve to stalk their claim as one of the title favorites.

By the way, it reminds me of a certain Lukaku who has twice as many goals as the Chelsea strike trio. Oops!
